Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Arman Mart will assist you according to the following Return & Refund Policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong Product Delivered
• Manufacturing Defect
• Damaged Product During Delivery
• Product Different from Description
• Missing Accessories

Return Conditions

To request a return, customers must:

• Notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
• Provide a complete unboxing video.
• Provide order invoice or cash memo.
• Return the product with all original accessories.
• Return the product in its original packaging.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• Used Products
• Products Damaged by Customer
• Products Without Original Packaging
• Products Without Invoice
• Products Damaged Due to Mishandling

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following situations:

• Product Out of Stock
• Approved Return Request
• Order Cancelled Before Shipment
• Payment Failed but Amount Deducted

Refund Process

After approval, refunds are processed within 7–14 Business Days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement approval depends on product availability and supplier policy.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for:

• Courier charge for sending the returned product.
• Courier charge for receiving the repaired or replaced product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
